Merchandise Certificate Terms and Conditions |

To redeem a merchandise or discount certificate, check the box on the shopping bag that indicates you have a certificate during your checkout process. On Certificates and Codes page, enter the merchandise certificate number. Your adjusted total will be reflected in the Order Review and Payment page.
Merchandise Certificate and Coupon Use
Merchandise and Discount Certificates are 7 digits long and are valid for ONE ORDER ONLY for Spiegel catalog or Spiegel.com merchandise purchases only.
No credit, cash or other certificate is given back for unredeemed portion of a dollar off Merchandise Certificate. No Certificate is valid as payment on any credit card account; or for prior purchases or pending orders; or on Spiegel eMarket merchandise.
Merchandise and Discount Certificates cannot be used to buy Gift Cards; or with other Discount or Merchandise Certificate. Value of a dollar off Merchandise Certificate will be taken off the total charge, and may be issued as a separate credit to your credit card. Monogramming, tax and delivery, catalog request, Gift Card, and gift box charges do not count toward any minimum merchandise purchase requirement.
Certificates cannot be sold, or auctioned or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Order acceptance/confirmation by telephone or online does not confirm final acceptance by Spiegel. Spiegel reserves the right to cancel an order or reverse a credit, or charge customers at any time for any unauthorized, altered or ineligible use, or when any order is cancelled or a credit card is declined. Promotions may be cancelled or modified at any time due to system error, fraud, or other unforeseen problem.
Non-transferable. Expiration dates apply, except where prohibited. Spiegel is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificates or funds used without your knowledge. See actual Certificate for other terms and conditions. |
