| Returns and Exchanges |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition for a prompt exchange or refund. Merchandise returned after 45 days will receive a merchandise credit to apply to future purchases. Items must be unworn with tags attached (swimwear must have sanitary liner attached). Complete the Return Form and enclose it with your return or exchange. Allow 15 days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

| Here's How to Return Your Item: |
1. Complete the Return Form.
Complete and detach the Return Form located in Part B of your invoice. Fill in the quantity and the return reason code. The Return Form must be included in your return package in order to receive proper credit.
2. Choose your return option below.
If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please use the order form provided on the back of your invoice and shipping for the replacement item(s) is on us.
Option 1. Returns Via UPS
- Use the UPS label located in Part C of your invoice. Affix it to the outside of your package. Notate the Return Tracking # for your records. The tracking number will allow you to track your return package at UPS.com
- Drop it off at any UPS location. Click here to locate a UPS Store or Drop Box or give the package to any UPS driver.
- Pay nothing up front; a shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Option 2. Return on your own
- Use the standard return label located in Part D of your invoice. Affix it to the outside of your package.
- Ship your package back by USPS or a carrier of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.
3. Package your return.
Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton.
Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.
Please Allow 15 Days.
It takes approximately 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling), less the cost of the UPS return charge, when you choose this option. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns Without Merchandise Return Form
1. On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Customer Number, Name, Address, Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the return merchandise. Also, please note whether you would like to simply return the item for credit or if you would rather exchange it for another item.
2. If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper the page, item description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. Please provide your credit card information to process the order. We will pay the shipping for the new item.

Gift Returns: If you received the merchandise as a gift, follow return steps 1 through 3. Fill in your name and address and indicate if you want an exchange or a gift card sent to you.
Fine Jewelry Return Policy:
Our 45-day return policy gives you ample time to appraise your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in its original condition within 45 days of the shipment for a refund. Fine jewelry must be returned separately; no other items can be included with a fine jewelry return.
How To Prepare a Return
- Place the return shipping label on the package.
- Include all original packaging and required documentation with your return. Complete the self-addressed postcard that came with your purchase and include it with your return.
Insure Your Package. The package must be sent via United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Registered Mail ™ , insured for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt confirmation. You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent processing of your return. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or uninsured returns.
Return Process
- Once the return is received it will be reviewed by our quality assurance team.
- Any item that shows signs of wear or has been engraved, altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted for a return.
- Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
